NMCA Founder Passes
In 1962, after talks with Ed Blacks Chevrolet in Albuquerque, Jack House founded and became the first President of NMCA, with Ed Blacks as the sponsor of course. Jack's blue '62 is proudly the center of the club photo. Based solely on this photo, we can assume the membership was either 7 or 9, or, only 7 or 9 showed up for the photo!
Jack left NMCA in 1966 when he moved to Los Alamos to work with Los Alamos National Laboratory. Jack loved Corvettes and always had two or more at any given time. In 2003 Jack became a charter member of the Atomic City Corvettes - a new Corvette club in Los Alamos.
