Japanese Dinner Recap
Saturday evening March 8th had 23 members of NMCA spending another pleasant evening of
dining and conversation at the Osaka Japanese Steakhouse in Rio Rancho.
Most of those in attendance brought out their Vettes; however, member Steve Haydu
treated us all to the site of his 1953 Chevy Bel Air. We also understand that Steve
has recently purchased a '57 Chevy as well.
It was fun to sit around the tables and watch the chefs perform their cooking rituals
which they topped off by tossing a couple of flaming items into a metal cup on top of
their chef's hats.
This was just one of many upcoming dinner or caravan events we have in store for the
